Culturally Responsive Teaching to Support Meaningfull Learning in Mathematics Primary School

This study aims to measure and determine, through analysis, the textbooks used by elementary school students, especially in mathematics. The analysis seeks examine how aspects of culturally responsive teaching (CRT) textbook supports meaningful learning "Profil Pelajar Pancasila", specifically global diversity "Kurikulum Merdeka". research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with content technique. data source consists mathematics materials from 4th-grade student textbooks, focusing on theme 5 "My Heroes," published Ministry Education Culture. Data collection was conducted observation documentation. includes presentation material, consistency theme, outcomes, representation, three teaching. results indicate that contextual aspect CRT is most dominant presenting learning. including explanations concepts examples pictures presented, show 8% are related educational values, 11% artifacts, 81% meaning. representation appropriate outcomes. Therefore teachers must provide additional still lacking textbooks.
